2. Brand Consistency
It would be ineffective to create Branding without consideration towards how it will be deployed within the market arena. Once an identity has been successfully developed its application within a variety of environments needs to be detailed to ensure that the design is not compromised, themes or colour palettes are not diluted leading to mixed communication messages though poor execution.

3. Corporate Guideline
Brand consistency is achieved through production of a set of guidelines to coincide with its introduction. The manual is an authoritative guide, which needs to be adhered to in order to ensure that a Company’s goal of a strong and consistent Brand is achieved. The process also allows the designer to preview in advance how the Brand will respond in a variety of design environments (literature, advertising campaigns, signage, web banners etc.). Provision for any required adaptations can therefore be made prior to production of such media, making sure any potential short falls in the complete brand programme are addressed before they occur.

4. Brand Template
In managing your Brand it is important to monitor the way internally prepared documentation is used. This can be anything from a fax header sheet to a PowerPoint presentation. If a Brand is to be successful it is important that all the employees of an organization buy into the Brand and understand why it is important to ensure that a coherent visual identity is present on all forms of communication.
